When some wants to do an authentic wood-fired experience for events out of the back of a classic Land Rover that they've named 'Pamela' then we are at peak interest. Believe it or not, installing an oven in a vehicle is emminently doable and pizza is the perfect food to cook from it.
Piperoni pride themselves on both our product and our service. Their dough is made in the true Neapolitan style – without sugar or oil - and hand-stretched fresh to order. It's made using a cold-fermented Neapolitan recipe and baked in front of guests in a traditional wood-fired oven,.
Having eaten quite a bit of their pizza over the months we can announce that it is most splendid and certainly worth a bite. We wanted to make the identity and brand have a nice brush script feel and a 'saucy' red colour palette to play to themes of artisan and rustic food. It needed to look fresh and a but hurried to reflect the fresh ingredients and the fact that it takes just 90 seconds to cook one of the pizzas.
We did a quick-n-dirty photoshoot on East Beach in Shoeburyness on a lovely morning in the summer. We set up some drift-wood, a couple of beers, a few serving boards and some Basil leaves and within a few hours we had a load of images to showcase the product and service.
The website is cute and quick and gives viewers to option to interact with Piperoni at all levels and get their event booked quickly and efficiently. It also shows off the delicious pizzas and doughballs.
