Hervé are an engineering business, founded in 1850, they have gone from making bathroom taps over 150 years ago to now running state of the art CNC machines producing precision components.
When new owners Howard and Michael came into the studio, they wanted to rebrand the company into something that represents the precision and skill involved in their business, and so we set about designing their website with plenty of clean lines. Using the minimal font “Etica” to emphasise the millimetre-definition of the brand, we then utilised classic Garamond to add a bit of interest and contrast.
Not ones to shy away from what could potentially be considered fairly dry photographs of machinery, we instead chose to focus the website on this imagery, provided by Si Brandon, as it serves to show the beauty and meticulous nature of the craft with incredible pops of Kryptonite greens and neon pink.
We asked Grow.co to undertake a complete re branding exercise for our company. The website was old and not clear about our place in the market. We wanted to stand out as being a bit different. The team at Grow.co did a great job for us. With new modern branding for business cards and logo which has brought us right up to date and looking fresh. We are delighted with the responsive website which fulfilled our requirements; simple, clear and yes, we think it looks very different from the rest!
We conceptualised, curated, managed designed and laid out this beautiful limited edition book showing Southend off in a light never before seen.
