We’ve only gone and done a brand spanking new issue of TRAWLER - our independent-minded, community-generated print publication showcasing all the loveliness of Leigh and the surrounding area.
The new issue features an interview with Lu Williams (who is also the cover star) talking about her art and the DIY community, insights from Ian Sanders on why he loves our little town so very much, amongst the usual plethora of short stories, poetry and photo essays that make up our humble periodical.
The centre-spread features ‘H’ Haylock, whose abstract realism brings cultural insight and humour in equal measure, while the award-winning nature photography from Gary Jones delivers the eye candy (who doesn’t love a nice squirrel picture?)
TRAWLER PAPER is now stocked in cafe’s, boutiques and shops around Leigh and Southend, so why not pick one up next time you’re sipping a latte in Barlow & Fields, buying some new slacks in June Store, or scoffing a slice of carrot cake in Utopia, just don’t leave crumbs on the page…
